INWARD: The Cosmic Rhythm Women’s Circle

What is a women’s circle?  

Throughout time, women have gathered in circles to share, to hold, and to find healing.  In recent years there has been a yearning for women to gather again to learn from each other and to have a sacred space where they can recalibrate and find peace.  There are different types of circles and facilitators will use different modalities in each one.  

Who is Maria Brito and what is her approach? 

Maria has been a life coach and facilitator of women’s circles for over a decade and leads workshops and retreats throughout the world.  Her client base expands to one-on-one coaching clients from here in the U.S. to Australia, Europe and the Middle East.  She works with women of different nationalities and religions and helps them connect to their own unique spirituality.  She is well known for her “deep awakening” retreats which include a unique process crafted by Maria so that women can work through limiting beliefs in order to tap into their divine power.  As women we hold so much magic and in a circle with other women, this magic becomes medicine for the soul.  You will leave with a deep sense of peace and clarity.

What can I expect during INWARD?

Each circle is curated to help women work through a feminine stronghold.  Some examples of these are unworthiness, lack-mentality, anxiousness, grief, and fear.  Maria likes to leave room for surprises but you can certainly expect her unique style of breathwork done with headphones for a deeply immersive experience.  The breathwork is followed by a guided meditation as well as a talk on the theme accompanied by a worksheet or what Maria calls “soulwork”.  This soulwork is a life-coaching tool that is used to bring out what has been suppressed in order to get clear on what needs to shift or be cleared.  This powerful awakening is what Maria’s work is known for because from that space of clarity women are then able to manifest their deepest desires. We end the circle with an embodied practice and celebration with a silent disco in the forest!

What should I bring to INWARD?

Bring your yoga mat, a cushion to sit on, water bottle, and journal.  Each circle has a color theme, and a flowing summer dress is preferred as we activate the feminine energy.
