Pasta, Cheese, and the Bits in Between

Chef Ruth of Hatch HSV brings ‘Pasta, Cheese, and the Bits in Between’ to The Orion’s Artist Dining Room on Thursday, August 1!

This interactive and immersive cooking class welcomes people of all cooking levels and expertise to cultivate the skill of creating hand-cut pasta, flavored oils, tomato confit, and a summer herb salt.

ABOUT HATCH

HATCH  is a professional workforce development non-profit that teaches young adults (18-24) essential life skills and knife skills, to help them lead self-sufficient lives. The HATCH cohort program is a FREE 8-week, comprehensive program that prepares students for employment in various industries including restaurants and hospitality. Our cohort program includes fully accommodated field trips, lunches and hands-on kitchen experience with our experienced chef. Upon successful completion of our Hatch cohort program, graduates are paid a sweet nest egg/stipend of $1250.00. All proceeds of our community events go towards our amazing program and opportunities for the youth of our community.
